To maintain a safe and sustainable Flea Market, EXPO New Mexico Management has the right to add, delete or change these rules at their discretion and without notice at any time. All vendors must possess a current receipt to set up in the Flea Market. Full rules and information on fines can be obtained in the Flea Market office.

All Vendors must follow all state laws, ordinances, rules and regulations including those pertaining to unfair trade practices and to health and safety as well as all COVID-19 safe practices set forth by the New Mexico Department of Health and EXPO New Mexico.

Space Size: Approx. 18’ x 22’

Rental Information

Vendors must keep their property including vehicles and signage, within the space/spaces they have rented.

Tie downs, stakes, nails, or any other object used to secure canopies in asphalt is strictly prohibited.

Large Vehicles or vehicles w/trailer: A minimum of two spaces is required; this is at the discretion of the FM manager depending on size.

No refunds will be issued for any reason to include weather or emergencies. EXPO New Mexico is not responsible for any losses due to changes in hours or dates.

Reserved Vendors

Vendor must prepay for eight (8) consecutive days to reserve a specific space. Reserve vendors must prepay for their reserved spaces before the last day listed on their receipt or risk losing their reserved location. Reserved Vendors MUST be in their space before 8:45 a.m.; reserved spaces that are not occupied by 9 a.m. will be released to Daily Vendors.

Daily Vendors

Daily vendors do not need a reservation to obtain a space to sell at the Flea Market. Daily vendors can access the Flea Market through Domingo Rd. & San Pedro St. OPEN Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Cost: $20.00 (cash only at Domingo entrance, credit card accepted in the FM office)

Concessionaires

Vendors wishing to sell items such as baked goods, or vendors wishing to make and sell food items on the grounds must contact the EXPO New Mexico Concessions Department at (505) 222-9737. Vendors will not be sold a space before contacting the Concessions Department.

Specialty Items

Beef jerky, permanent makeup, piercings, tattoos etc., require proof of insurance and current licensing issued by the New Mexico Department of Regulation and Licensing. Copies of all current licenses and permits must be on file with the Flea Market office and displayed prominently in the vendors space during any hours of operation. Failure to keep licenses current and displayed will result in revocation of the space.

We are committed to provide a fun and safe shopping venue for customers and vendors, and therefore prohibit the sale of the following items:

  • Counterfeit items
  • Products with old expiration dates
  • Firearms, ammunition, fireworks, or explosives
  • Switchblades, throwing stars, knives larger than 6” or butterfly knives
  • High powered air pressured pellet guns
  • Games of chance, skill, raffles, auctions, or gambling activities
  • Animals or pets of any kind
  • Alcoholic beverages sold or consumed
  • Tobacco or cannabis sold or consumed
  • Any smoking, vaping or drug paraphernalia except as to use in accordance with the Cannabis Regulation Act or the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act
  • Any illegal merchandise
  • Adult oriented items that may be controversial or questionable in a family setting
  • Illegal CD’s or DVD’s
  • Cooked food
  • Beverages of any kind
  • No giving away or sampling of any food, water, soda etc.
