2010 NEW MEXICO STATE FAIR SPECTACULARS
BMX PROS TRICK TEAM
New to the Fair this year are the BMX Pros Trick Team. BMX and skateboarding have only been really around since the 1980s. Interest waned in the ‘90s but some continued to “ride” and they learned new skills and took their talent to the extreme. And some of those athletes who competed in the X-Games became the BMX Pros team. They put on a show that has everything Fairgoers, young and old, want – daring, action and jaw-dropping stunts. The BMX Pros expect involvement and interaction with the audience and while they’re entertaining they also stress the importance of safety gear.
